Daily Duties at Value Options:

Report generation of sensitive, confidential employee data for Sr. Executive Management. Development of Human Resources reports by writing complex SQL Queries including data conversion and programming. Performed Client Needs Assessment along with the development and maintaining of user menus. Utilized command line and AS400 retrieval tools developed and maintained CL programs and used Screen Design Aid (SDA) to create user menus. Supported new HRIS users and implementation of new facilities; supported custom applications and assisted with special projects as requested to both technical and non-technical employees. Design and system documentation, business analysis and reporting, testing, training, end user training and support.
