Oversaw 400 individuals who have been arrested, are awaiting trial, or who have been convicted and sentenced; all the while performing and maintaining the policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Primarily enforced regulations through communications skills and moral authority, attempting to avoid conflict at all costs. Participated in the rehabilitation, and not simply the incarceration, of the inmates. Maintained a professional and safe environment for everyone in the facility.
