Daily Duties at Icd:

Coordinated new employee orientation and annual trainings with Department Directors that met all mandatory regulations * Liaised with union shop steward concerning new hires and benefits avoiding union conflicts * Prepared and updated all job descriptions upon communication from senior mangers * Coordinated employee performance appraisal system. Conducted exit interviews identifying problems and avoiding future issues * Organized annual mandatory trainings and led sexual harassment section * Managed performance evaluations to keep them up to date and on time
