Daily Duties at Citi Mortgage, Inc. :
Manually underwrite Prime conventional 1st and 2nd mortgage loans specific to Correspondent guidelines. • Analyze property appraisal and borrower’s capability and capacity to determine integrity of loans and protect company risk. • Review and analyze additional loan documentation to determine final approval/decline status. • Manage loan pools within established company timelines. • Perform other tasks and research as required.
