Daily Duties at Omnitrans:
Manager, Human Resources and Employee Relations, Omnitrans, 2005 to Present. Lead employee relations, training in ethics and leadership methodology, collective bargaining and personnel regulations for transportation agency. Liaison between unions and management, negotiating contracts. Administer grievances and investigate complaints. Manage unemployment, compliance and monitor $70M budget.
