Daily Duties at Institutional Investor:
• Manage Advertising billing process for 31 Publications. • Verify pricing and approvals for discounts • Coordinate conversion from AdBase Database to AdMate Database. • Oversee customization of new reporting and tweak standard reports from the AdMate Database. • Manage Events billing process for 25 Events and Awards Dinners. • Create Events in fulfillment system. • Edited confirmation emails for delegate and Sponsors. • Liaise between Marketing and System Provider to customize and create new reports. • Reconcile month end reports for both advertising billing systems and fulfillment system.
