Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

•Manage a team of 22 technicians and oversee the company’s ongoing “Lockbox Encryption” rollout, a key initiative to provide Bank of America (and American Horizon Holdings) with the means to safeguard and secure critical data representing billions of dollars in reconciled transactions. • Facilitate regular meetings and collaborate with business analysts, teams, vendors, and stakeholders to review all processes, changes, rollouts, software upgrades, and patches affecting the project. •Report on metrics, provide developmental feedback, and present performance plans to management. •Act as backup ACT Database Administrator, assign agent records maintain workflow consistency, and monitor and report on ACT issues to appropriate support personnel. •Serve as Manager of the Internal Technical Sub-team with responsibility for ensuring that keys are uploaded and activated as required to meet monthly deadlines. •Ensure that all billing deadline is met and work diligently to resolve system and billing issues. •Act as the internal point of contact for all client-related issues, complaints and escalations. •Manage special projects as assigned in support of the overall project plan and objectives. •Provide training to staff members and review and document monthly goals and productivity.
