Daily Duties at In N Out Burger:

I worked at In-N-Out for a long time moving up from a level 1 associate to a level 6 and being trained to enter level 7 position which is entry to management. I constantly was in charge of shifts while managers took care of various other important matters. I was trained to cook, take orders, handle money, balance cash drawers, handle product waste, enter employee timesheets, prepare bank deposits, and balance and timelock the safes. Above all I learned the importance of customer service and have carried that with me to every job. I moved on from In-N-Out because I did not want it to be my career and I was at the point where they were prepared to invest their time in me but that meant me not being able to finish college due to the hectic scheduling that fast food comes with. Finishing college is too important to me, but I am now in an online program finishing college this year.
