As dialysis technician I implemented the Fresenius dialysis procedure for therapy in treating patients with loss of kidney function due to diabetes, hypertension or other kidney related diseases: used sterile technique, collected vitals, CPR certified. Tolerance to the therapy and safety concerns were documented & communicated with patients, physicians, social workers; updated medical records were maintained
