Daily Duties at Stanford Hospitals & Clinics:
Provide direct adminstrative support for all IT Staff Members. Schedule all request for IT Department appointments, meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, equipment and events. Maintain and update IT database, registration, and new hire information. Consult with department supervisors regarding issues, management, and details related to IT department and building. Produce training materials, new hire packets, and mass mailings. Assist Human Resources and Accounting Departments with multiple special projects.
