Daily Duties at Credit Systems International:
Within the scope of my collector’s responsibilities numerous phone calls were conducted to obtaining timely information necessary to resolve outstanding hospital, medical provider and commercial types of overdue account problems: • All information was documented and followed-up on in a timely, courteous and professional manner • Insurance claims and appeals were filed in 25% to 40% of hospital accounts leading to proper and expedient revenue recovery • Responsible parties were located through credit and tax resource databases • Individuals were notified of their fair responsibilities and subsequent follow up was conducted accordance with state and federal regulations accounts, discuss options and intent to resolve, follow-up on those committments
