Daily Duties at Frontier Communications:
Assisted customers nationwide. Mainly worked with major Business accounts. Provided support for sales team and technicians. Worked with programmers and repair clerks as support. Provided customer service to major Business customers,as well as Residential customers. Created customer accounts both Business and Residential. Provisioned/set up a customer’s 1+ long distance, toll free numbers and calling cards. Liaison between customer and Sales team. Created Excel spreadsheets for customers and Sales person. Resolved billing inquiries. Handled trouble/repair inquiries. Worked in three Graphic User Interface (GUI) billing systems. Worked with other Long Distance companies to provide customers with long distance service.
