Daily Duties at Dean Capital Home Loans:
• Responsible for hiring loan processors • Develop training program for loan set up, account managers and funders • Assisted Account Executives with sales incentives • Assured all staff was following customer service protocol • Manage staff to assure loans in pipeline were being worked daily • Meet loan-closing goals of 50M per month • Coaching and develop office staff • Daily communication with management, title/escrow companies, brokers and investors • Oversee funding – oversee staff to assure that loans were funding on time • Set up title bank accounts with funding line • Oversee daily operational functions – supervise a staff of twelve • Audit new loans, outstanding conditions, loan documents, final HUD’s and funding figures
