Daily Duties at Digital Blue:

• Quality Assurance Lead of Digital Blue’s Disney Mix product line, including portable video and mp3 players. QA lead of Digital Blue’s media content manager in support of Disney Mix Central application and website. • Collaborate with third-party development teams to plan, test and deliver quality software supporting children’s consumer electronics product lines. • Manage multiple testers in support of QA, overseeing all aspects of QA including mentoring junior level testers. • Work with internal producers/project managers on developing product requirements. • Support the customer service organization in diagnosing and resolving customer issues with Digital Blue products. •Design and implement QA processes.
