Daily Duties at Harris Electric:
• Provides overall administrative support for Executive Vice President, including: Scheduling and coordinating appointments and travel plans, managing calendar. • Answering, placing and screening phone calls. • Fax/Mail/Email, Monitoring In/Out box. • Manages, coordinates and implements the committee appointment process and recommends and implements procedural enhancements and changes as necessary; including the following tasks: compile mailings, track responses, and follow up, data entry of committee members and other administrative duties. • Provides administrative support on various Executive Offices programs such as Awards. • Prepares and completes special projects for the Executive Committee, President and Executive Vice President as assigned. • Ensures timely and accurate communication with the Executive Committee including compilation Executive Committee agendas and minutes. • Serves as primary support staff to the Executive Committee and President. • Manages effective permanent and electronic filing systems and recommends and implements improvements to office administration and office organization. • Develops content for and coordinates the distribution of external and internal communications for the Executive office team. • Maintains confidential files and handles confidential data and materials. • Annual Meeting: Assists with on-site coordination of headquarters hotel, committee meetings and planning and managing. • Provides general administrative support
