Daily Duties at Quad Graphics:
Color Technician / Technical Support Duties included but not limited to: -Worked with clients such as National Geographic on Color Scanning, Design, Photo Color Retouching with very tight deadlines. -Managed as a shift leader over 14 individuals during a 12 hour shift. -Color Show Representative: Worked with showing mock ups of catalog / magazine editors for alterations. -Provided technical support for Imaging, Server, and CPU devices including Windows Server NT, Novell, Creo, Scitex and Apple Macintosh Systems. -Helped manage new customer projects through assigning and completing tasks within the given project.
