Assist with identification of modifications and enhancements to accounting and other information systems within organization. • Implement Human Resources policies and procedures for the agency. Work with outside service providers as necessary to ensure compliance with federal and state employment law. Provide regular feedback to the Executive Team and obtain input with respect to HR matters. • Participate in setting policy for entire agency as a member of the Executive Team and lead staff in developing fiscal accountability policies. • Oversee the facilities and building and property maintenance. • Ensured the organization had adequate insurance, such as property and casualty, general liability, “umbrella,” directors and officers, pension bond, worker’s compensation, unemployment, employee fidelity bond, and other. Periodically review and recommend organizational strategies to prevent and minimize risk exposure I increased the coverage, the limits and saved the agency over $250,000 in premiums by shopping with different insurance companies
