Daily Duties at Univision:

Managing Active Directory (creating, disabling, unlocking and enabling users and computers account). Replacing old computers with new ones. Deploying new computers for new users. Deploying local, network and wireless printers. Installing CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, Scanners. Installing operational systems, mail services and applications, patches, fixes, upgrades, and drivers as needed. Patching network cables, mapping and punching down cables for moving voice & data services. , Creating, resolving and following-up users issues using company tickets system. Troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops. Enabling and configuring wireless services. Installing and troubleshooting company proprietary software. Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office software 98, 2000, XP and 2003. Receiving and shipping packages to/from IT department. Contacting vendors (HP, Dell) to replace equipments and/or parts under warranty. Performing regular tape back-up operations on servers. Update company asset inventory
