Recruit and place contract consultants within existing client base, develop additional outsourcing agreements with existing clients, negotiate staffing contracts and place consultants with new clients and develop permanent staffing relationships with both new and existing clients. Write and deliver performance appraisals to contract consultants and terminate poor performers as well as non-renewed consultants. Uncover and negotiate employee discounts with local vendors.
