Daily Duties at Emc :
Provide recruiting, compensation planning, employee relations, immigration, organizational development, classroom facilitation and course design, and 360 coaching services and support to approximately 275 employees across three geographically separate facilities in three separate business units and interacted directly with clients ranging from non-exempt employees through executive management.
