Provide recruiting support, training and organizational development, classroom facilitation and course design to 750 employees across multiple geographies. As HR Manager, provided employee relations and HR generalist functions to over 300 employees located throughout North America. Managed recruiting staff of 2 recruiters handling all internal recruiting needs.
