Daily Duties at Omnicare:
Responsible for the regional compensation of 3 regions with in the US. I have 54 sites that I oversee. All compensation, new hires and terminations flow through my office to senior management. I am the regional contact for all information going to and from corporate for my designated area. Consult on HR situations at the sites as necessary. Complile RIF lists and file appropriate lists with senior VP and corp.
