Receive bid tape on bulk(s) and managed the flow of each trade. Managed the sampling, receiving, compliance, underwriting and bulk data review queues. With a high concentration of the Second Signature queue (files with compliance and credit errors). Made final underwriting determination and compiled final loan reports of approved, conditioned denied and withdrawn loans. Complete review of closed loans making the determination if loan meets requirements of appropriate investor and their guidelines. Recommend loan for purchase with emphasis on overall risk to investor. Complete credit and compliance underwrite concentrating on borrower’s debt load, credit history and satisfaction of all regulatory laws. Analysis of property appraisal to determine if value is supported and property meets requirements.
