Daily Duties at Iland Internet Solutions:

* Customer facing liaison for national/multi-national/international customers during the service delivery process * Review and setup/tune business processes for service delivery * Ensure correct technical content of all customer orders that are issued * Resolve issues which could jeopardize meeting critical dates and ensuring resolution of problems for customers * Delegate to and manage co-workers and vendors to achieve customer deployment goals * Responsible for meeting clear performance, tasking, and schedule objectives for all deployment elements * Prepare and present weekly internal deployment status reviews, including metrics and variance reports * Order products and services from vendors (Level(3), XO Communications, Dell, Cisco) for customer service orders * Audit and reconcile vendor billing statements
