I was able to provide life changing services for people in need. Direct oversight of client registration including internal and external referrals. Generated and distributed weekly referral reports. Participating in case management meetings with a team of social workers, psychologists, and clinicians. Keeping of confidential medical records. Screened and registered of new clients. Scheduled interviews with volunteer intake clinicians. Reviewed medical documentation. Conducted follow-up calls and letters. Administered Community Voice Mail.
