Average caseload 600 accounts, average DSO 10-$13,000.000.00. ·Research and evaluation of customer credit data for recommendation of lines of credit. ·Add-on purchase approval through analysis of account standing. ·Leadership role throughout company departments to insure customer satisfaction and reduce loss to bad debt. ·Account reconciliation and evaluation for vendor compliance in conjunction with company auditor. ·Cross-trained in rate department, creating invoices through application of tariff and contracts to customer bills of lading.
