·Performed collection of accounts receivable for wholesale giftware industry leader. Caseload of approximately 1500 customers per month, average receivables in my region, $2,000.000.00. ·Maintained an average well below 1% of bad debt write-off to outside agencies. ·Add-on purchase approval through review of customer account standing. ·Responsible for daily account analysis of credit holds, and collection of prepayments. ·Cross-trained in all company departments for conflict resolution and customer satisfaction, including credit processing, customer service, order entry, and sales.
