Developed projects Scope of Work, forecasting, budgeting and reviewing proposals for subcontractors. Procured permits. Enforced compliance of local and state building codes.Selected, hired, supervised and managed up to 60 subcontractors on any given project. Held regular construction meetings to ensure projects remained on-track. Procured all resources and materials for projects, especially with regard to special orders. Researched and negotiated best prices.Introduced safety constraints and safety training to jobsite. Adhered to OSHA requirements.
