Performed unit, system, GUI and regression testing and software documentation. •Created and executed test cases for a provisioning system using the SQA Suite. •Analyzed, validated, verified, as well as, performed automated testing on telecommunication software. •Programmed using C to enhance automated system function enhancements and created software test documentation to communicate the system requirements and design. •Developed test scripts and wrote and executed test plans for team testing and initiated test plans for checking backend code using SQL/Plus. •Implemented testing of program modifications to verify and validate enhancements. •Provided software testing for SmartCall 6.0 and Summit applications. •Reviewed software application and data at a functional and technical level.
