Daily Duties at Nextel Communications:
Develop, implement and manage programs to support installations, upgrades and migrations. •Development and executed automated Test Scripts for Validation and Verification •Responsible for training, planning and leading software quality assurance activities using industry standard testing methodologies. •Responsible for implementing quality initiatives across company products. •Ability to make decision with minimal support and manage personnel as the activity level increases. •Ensures all impacted organizations are coordinated with and represented. •Develop processes and preventative actions. •Planned performance test plans and built work plans. •Ensure successful data conversion from UNIX to Oracle database. •Plan and schedule projects, time reporting, process tracking, task allocation, work assignments and program management on all migration activities. •Implement provisioning changes related to upgrade, migration and installation activities.
