Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:
RDBMS/SQL experience (query database to verify test results/find test data) •Responsible for planning and leading software quality assurance activities using industry standard testing methodologies. •Skilled in Requirements lifecycle management, System integration, Application development, Legacy application maintenance, Verbal Communication, and Written Communication. •Resolves Trouble Tickets within the established timeframes using SQL and UNIX scripts •Responsible for documenting test cases and results. •Develop Software Test Plan, Software Test Description and Software Test Report documents from use cases for Validation and Verification. •Functional and Performance testing of Client/Server and Web Based applications. •Responsibility for provisioning change and support for engineering activities, system upgrade, and subscriber migrations and billing system changes, •Evaluate performance and quality of software.
