Answered high volume of incoming calls and made outgoing calls, scheduled exam reservations for candidates to providing scheduling options and answered candidates inquiries regarding exams and requirements ? Registered new test candidates and input data into Cat global or Res 2000 data base system, collected payment information using credit cards. Banking information or vouchers
