Daily Duties at Regency Real Estate:
A Member of the National Association Of Realtors® (REALTOR®), California Association of Realtors®, and the Central Valley Association of Realtors®. Redbridge neighborhood expert (a nationally award winning neighborhood in Tracy) having a comprehensive knowledge of the Redbridge homes and community. Proven negotiator in all price points. Communicate with clients on weekly and as-need basis to provide project status updates. Complete background knowledge of the entire escrow process including: writing contracts and other legal documents, coordinate inspections with all party’s vendors, work with title and lenders to ensure smooth close of escrow, communicate with client, neatly complete office paperwork to process listings/closings and other related projects. Create and coordinate the marketing campaign for listings. Strong evaluator of buyers need, motivation, and ability to purchase without compromising client’s marketing position.
