Daily Duties at The Reiser Group:
Communicate weekly or as needed to home builder’s CEO and management team. Coordinate 20 escrows simultaneously while maintaining communication with various lenders, title companies, the builder, and the buyer. Strong evaluator of buyers need, motivation, and ability to purchase without compromising the client’s marketing position. Help the buyer choose custom options, while coordinating additional upgrades with the design center and communicating the addition and changes to the builder. Communicated with the client on weekly and as-needed basis through multiple reports, email, phone conferences and group meetings. Organize and streamline the community offices to run more efficiently, effectively and corrected any DRE compliance issues. Create and coordinate the marketing campaign for current available home sites including individual home site fliers, animated emails, sales events, MLS, and other web sources.
