Customer Service, created semi/annual contracts or inspection agreements, responsible for four phone lines, Managed a team of fourteen technicians, hiring of the technicians which included; insurance paperwork and safety videos, Scheduling inspections and completing service calls, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, timecards, inventory, filing, data entry, creating spread sheets, permitting, processing payments, bank reconciliation, opening and closing the office.
