Responsible for daily work-flow of advertising design, special section design, promotional projects, budgets, reviews and department organization Assisted in design and production of all advertising, direct mail collateral and speculative advertising Management of 8 person staff, including designers, and typesetters Worked with production department to achieve high quality clean advertisements Coordinated with printing vendors and freelance designers on design or production projects Review of 8 person staff yearly, including implementation for standards of design and production requirements within the creative department
