Daily Duties at New Wave Construction:

CONSTRUCTION MANGER. Duties include: supervising, developing and coordinating work assignments, with all sub contractors, ordering supplies, and Estimating on all major jobs. Additional duties include: reading of blueprints, inspection of construction work performed, budgeting all contracts and payoffs through the bank, Marketing and Sales Maintains open, and daily communication with Superintendent and Field Staff. I am responsible for regular project cost updates, including monthly profit, estimates, worksheets, invoice requisition processing for owners and subcontractors and Suppliers, regular construction schedule updates, overall Project quality control, and project close out procedures
