o Responsible for overall office start-up: including recruiting, installation training, office training, logistic support, inventory control, dispatch, customer service, and quality control. o Developed employees schedule to maximize daily capacity and minimize overtime. o Responsible for maintaining 100% accountability of over 3 million dollars of installation equipment and tools. o Implemented a routing system, which decreased drive time by 30%. o Instrumental in helping the company recovery 100% of the facility resources during the company complete shut down of nation wide installation division. o Successfully conducted and processed all employees exit interviews, termination packets, and facility shut down.
