Prepared contract funds status reports, performance and cost reports, and delivery order management plans. Prepared management accounting reports to track and forecast operations. Performed contract reconciliations. Member of numerous contractual source selections teams. Conducted studies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conducted program analysis and program management reviews. Integrated, analyzed, and managed acquisition functions. Provided financial and programmatic guidance to senior leaders to develop long-range plans.
