Daily Duties at Mcr Federal:
Lead multi-year investment and Operating/Maintenance (O&M) funds program controller. Directed the execution of over $350M in acquisition programs. Managed the Foreign Military Sales program. Built, monitored, and executed obligation/spend plans. Provided Program Managers with funding and sustainment alternatives. Prepared congressional briefings and charts. Answered congressional inquiries. Directed five sub-program offices on funding issues. Prepared budget execution responses to headquarters. Analyzed program execution, realigned funding to meet acquisition requirements. Collected and analyzed cost/schedule and performance data to support program operations. Provided financial/programmatic guidance to develop long-range budget plans.
