o Responsible for overall profit and loss, planning, budget control, and day-to-day operations of 3 field installation facilities, 90 employees, 44 vehicles, 6 subcontractors, and 8 field service managers. o Increased service level standards and reduced cost per job. o Supported the deployment and expansion of services to national accounts such as Sears, Radio Shack, Sam’s, Costco, Target, and Wal-Mart. o Successfully completed corporate level General Management Training that consisted of capacity planning, routing optimization, variance analysis, budget planning, bill payment, management accountability, and human resource management. o Implemented and executed a plan that resolved unsafe working conditions, poor promotion process, mismanaged payroll process, and misuse of company resources.
