o Responsible for recruiting and training of staff members and owner operators that also help reduce turnover by 30%. o Responsible for overall profit and loss, planning, budget control, and day-to-day operations by insuring 300 professional appliance delivery/installation services to residential customers on a daily basic. o Monitor and oversee the development of the Operation Manager, Assistant Operation Manager, Operations Clerk and 20 owner operators (delivery specialist). o Build and continuously improve a professional business relationship with the client Sears Logistic Service. o Implemented and executed a quality assurance process that decreased damage claims by 40%. o Implemented a plan that ensured 100% DOT compliance.
