Daily Duties at Cb Richard Ellis:

Month-end Income Statement analysis, populating excel spreadsheet using various system reports, for Financial Manager, Controllers, Principals and VP review. Populate and update the audit pack schedules for use by Financial Reporting and third party audit. Verify all closed entities balance Sheets to ensure ending balances are correct per policy. Accounting Allocation Analysis evaluate actual (Over)/under allocated charges and comparison of accounting charges actual to budget Post the monthly accounting allocation charges for Corporate, Development and Client Reporting entities based on the companies’ time tracking system for the month. Review all proposed journal entries submitted during close from field personnel to ensure threshold requirements and documentation requirements are being met Ad hoc reports designed for process improvements and system testing as needed for various different accounting departments Documentations of process improvements implemented by other departments AR subsidiary ledger reconciliation identifying unapplied cash receipts on AR analysis and research proper allocation of funds. Research and analyze the A/P sub-ledger to the General Ledger verifies any difference. Populate and verify ratio of commission revenues to commission expenses over a one-month period. Populate and update the audit pack schedules for use by Financial Reporting and third party audit on quarterly basis.
