• Provide technical support for the network group, designed and deployed all new Servers for all BroadVision Organization regional and International offices as well. • Provide support for Junior Administrators to deploy and integrated all workstation to windows XP Professional. • Deployed and integrated Pivotal Applications and Exchange Server for all the BroadVision organization. • Deployed and integrated Exchange Server for all the BroadVision organization. • Assisted in installation and configuration of Pivotal Relationship software, Microsoft Exchange. • Upgraded all NT servers Bios and System Configurations to Y2K. • Upgraded all NT Server to the latest Version of Trend Virus Scan Software. • Planned, Designed and deployed new PDC domain Server and removed old server from BV production, Transfer all data and security from old server to the New Server. • Take ownership of Pivotalprod (Exchange server) and Pivotal SQL (SQL server)
