Daily Duties at Sbc Internet Dsl Services :
• Provide tier 2 customer support for SBC DSL, resolving SBC DSL. Connectivity issues, support email accounts with outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Register new customer in the SBC DSL database, troubleshoot and isolate circuit problem with customer DSL, and troubleshoot customer Ethernet adapter problems. Setup Customer routers (NETOPIA KEYMAN, EFFECENT ROUTER) • Setup Customer third party routers (LINKSYS, DLINK, NETGEAR, ETC.) the new Servers for all the Organization. Installed DSL and set all switches and router
