Daily Duties at Savvis Communications:
• Provide 2nd Tier customer support for the organization end users, resolving network connectivity issues, support email accounts with Outlook express, Microsoft Outlook 2003, register new end user in the Active Directory, implement security policy for end users, troubleshoot and isolate circuit problems with end user VPN connectivity, resolving issues with Ethernet adapter and Wireless connections, Also help setup end users routers at home office location.
