Daily Duties at Verizon:
Performed due date call backs to customers as courtesy calls to remind them about their fiber installations. Provided timely updates to representatives when customers desire an earlier due date to install FIOS. Deployed technicians within the Inland Valley. Accountable for ensuring up-to-date and current information for new hires, contractors, and transfer technicians. Routed trouble tickets to appropriate supervisors.
