Professionally respond and react quickly and appropriately to resolve or escalate service orders when needed. •Supported sales force with service order issuance on high end products and services such as ADTSE, BASE RATE, DID, DS1, CENTREX, and PBX which generated over $500,000 in revenue. •Managed up to 98 national multimillion dollar accounts such as Manpower, Kimberly Clark and Cintas just to name a few. •Project managed service request for Authorized Distributors and customers with multi-billing locations. •Coordinated technician visits for service installation, established, relocated and updated telecom service and administered multiple complex calling plans and related features.
