Daily Duties at City Of Atlanta:
•Managed over $1M in balanced General Obligation Debt for more than 20 Bonds and loans issued by the City of Atlanta. •Manages and obtains data necessary to generate reports, presentations, graphics, forms and other documents used to demonstrate information flow and productivity survey results. •Develop, prepare, and process the annual budget, budget forms and calculations. Creates financial spreadsheets, reports, and studies analysis. •Managed and completed analysis of bond issuance. Composes legislation to anticipate and appropriates bond proceeds of new bond deals and amends current bond deals. Completes journal entries to book the bond proceeds to the general ledger. •Produces annual budget exceeding $500K and forecast model on a departmental, business segment and consolidated basis working with functional department heads and senior management. •Completes monthly bank reconciliation, budget/forecasting at the end of each fiscal year, Organized a variety of financial records and information; maintains appropriate back-up documentation. •Audits, complies, calculates, and analyzes a variety of financial data. •Prepares reviews and submits a variety of reports, reconciliations, work papers, communications, schedules, tables, and/or statements to and from internal departments, financial institutions, and external agencies. •Evaluates a wide variety of debt structures. Administer debt management and issuance. Evaluates repayment ability of debt on bonds and other issues of City government to achieve and maintain target credit ratings. Calculates and maintains debt service schedules with the budget.
