Submitted repair tickets to dispatch technicians for Small Business/Home Business, Complex Business and General Repair and circuits. Troubleshooting PBX Systems, Key Systems, DSL, and voice mail systems. Drop shipping parts for the systems. Follow-up to make sure the customer received parts needed.
